The Rivers state Police command has paraded the managing director of Livelihood Homes alias De Villa, Kelly Nwogu, for an advanced fraud to the tune of eight hundred million naira.
The deputy commissioner of police Chuks Enwonwu, while briefing journalists, said the police from the state criminal department have concluded investigation on the suspects who was reported by Nwankwo Oriagwu and 493 others on advanced fee fraud.
DCP said that the suspect will be arraigned in the federal high court with a 494 count charges as his arraignment is in line with the statutory order.
He appeals to Rivers people to restrains constrain while engaging in land transaction.
Meanwhile, the suspect has denied all allegation levelled against him.
Nwosu accused the police of using the case they reported against him and also pointed out that some estate owners were also involved in tarnishing his image. He did not explain how that amounted to the fraud being levied against him by aggrieved clients.
